The Human Resources Department delivered a series of training sessions to team leaders and foremen to support the development of our company’s workforce. The training was delivered by Çiğdem Güven Consultancy and Coaching Services. Delivered in two groups, the training provided detailed information on team spirit and the concept of teamwork, the role of the team leader, the attitude of team members, motivation, the requirements for an effective team, and the importance of all team members supporting one another.
