At Üntel Kablo, we have successfully completed our Management Development Programme, which we launched with the aim of nurturing future leaders and providing development opportunities for our young talent.

The nine colleagues who took part in the first phase of the programme have completed a significant milestone on their journey to becoming future managers, thanks to the mentoring support and experience gained across various fields. At the certificate ceremony held at the end of the programme, our General Manager Ali Ömer Alemdar and our Human Resources Manager Gökhan Önal attended and presented the certificates to the participants. The ceremony concluded with a cake-cutting celebration to mark this meaningful milestone.
