At Üntel Kablo, we have launched our Management Development Programme with the aim of nurturing future leaders and providing development opportunities for our young talent.

Having embarked on this journey with seven colleagues in the initial phase, our participants will gain experience in various fields, accelerate their development through mentoring support, and undergo a valuable process as they progress towards becoming future managers.

In the coming periods, we aim to expand our programme to include more participants and establish a sustainable talent development culture.
