APPLICATION
Pour la connexion des équipements électriques mobiles dans les mines et les tunnels. Convient également pour les machines à couper le charbon, en particulier pour les charges de flexion extrêmes à l’intérieur des chaînes en acier ou en plastique.
CONDUCTEURS ET ISOLATION
NOYAUX DE PUISSANCE
Conducteurs Isolation : Conducteur en cuivre étamé DIN VDE 0295 classe 5. Basé sur 3GI3 – caoutchouc EPR et composé de caoutchouc semi-conducteur.
CONDUCTEURS DE CONTRÔLE + CONDUCTEURS DE SURVEILLANCE
Isolation des conducteurs : Conducteur en cuivre étamé DIN VDE 0295 classe 5. Composé EPR de type 3GI3 et composé de caoutchouc semi-conducteur.
Séparateur de berceau : Une section façonnée de matériau élastomère semi-conducteur, avec un fil de contrôle au centre, conçu pour supporter l’assemblage du noyau, remplir l’interstice central et fournir une séparation spécifiée entre les noyaux de puissance individuels.
Contrôle du champ électrique : Couche semi-conductrice intérieure et extérieure en caoutchouc semi-conducteur.
Identification des noyaux : Noyaux de puissance de couleur naturelle, noyaux de contrôle de couleur bleue.
Mise en place : Trois conducteurs principaux posés avec trois conducteurs de contrôle et des conducteurs PE dans l’interstice sur un séparateur à berceau.
Gaine intérieure : Composé EPR de type GM1b
Écran / Armure : Armure souple – pliable en hélice de fils de cuivre étamé et d’acier galvanisé.
Gaine extérieure : Composé élastomère de type 5GM5
Couleur : Rouge
