         We, UNTEL as an organization dealing with design, production and sales activities of plastic and rubber cables, are committed to providing following principles and behaviors;

  • Encourage employee involvement in process development programs and relevant management roles to demonstrate leadership as it applies to their areas of responsibility,
  • Determine national and international product standards and specifications, meet essential requirements of applicable legislations, directives, health&safety, and environmental standards,
  • Continually improve the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the quality management system by providing innovated solutions and good service that creates value for customers,
  • Increase UNTEL brand trust,
  • With the notion that customer satisfaction strategies begin with employee satisfaction —motivate, train and develop employees to improve performance and productivity for benefit of customers,
  • Use of Information and Communication Technology in order to bring efficiency and quick responsiveness to our working system with customers and suppliers,
  • Assure fulfilment of IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001) requirements and maintain continual improvements,
  • Take action and allocate resources needed for protection of the environment (reducing pollution at source, and waste recycling) and reduce in occupational health&safety risks,
  • Use natural resources responsibly and more efficiently,
  • Prevent problems (including accidents, non-conformity, incidents, occupational disease and work related illness) in a proactive manner as our priority.

Information security management system has been prepared base to ISO 27001: 2013 standard.

As we Üntel Kabloları San. ve Tic. A.Ş. we undertake;

 While meeting the customers demand, the following factors will be considered seriously into account;

  • Relevant statutory and regulatory requirements,
  • Needs for resources and provide them,
  • All information coming from customers, employers, and the other interested parties respectively,
  • Being customer oriented, trustworthy and prompt,

and we value each Customer feedback as a grant to improve ourselves with the continuous improvement tools; corrective/preventive actions to prevent recurrence of any dissatisfaction and to meet the expectations of our customers.
